1 : To enable all the available call control features, the Plantronics headsets for net.Buzz (v4) require the old Plantronics "Spokes" software. With net.Buzz v 4.1.2 onwards, no additional software is required anymore.
2 : Jabra USB headsets with control buttons require:
- UEP 2.15.0 or higher (M17880) and
- connect-me-desktop_1.10.0_x86.msi (M20028) available on https://store.connectme.io/

3 : Call controls buttons on Plantronics USB headsets are not yet compatible with Connect Me, as the WebRTC support library for Plantronics USB headsets is still under development by Plantronics: this library will allow a local browser based app to directly communicate with the Plantronics Hub Client to enable call control. Right now, Plantronics USB headsets work as audio devices with WebRTC.
